I recommend it highly, though if you're not into fantasy or mythology, or hate seeing/reading about things like rape or murder, this really isn't for you. Book II (The Doll's House) is my favorite of the ten, but if you want to read it, you have to start from the beginning.

Mister Pickles was a Christmas present my freshman year of high school. We got him the day after. He was the runt, being picked on by the others. But he was special, somehow, and I chose him. He had two different colored eyes- one black/brown, one blue. The black/brown eye had a patch of brown and black fur over it while the rest of him was white. He loved hearing "I Honestly Love You" by Olivia Newton-John, and watching Lost, House, and Meerkat Manor with us.
Rest in Peace, Mister Pickles: You were a wonderful pet and a great friend to me. You were there through many firsts and milestones, and I love you very, very much. We will not forget you and the happiness you brought us.
